At Modern Beauty™, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy below for information regarding order processing, delivery times and shipping procedures.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and South African public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information where available.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We currently ship throughout South Africa using Aramex Store-to-Door.
Estimated delivery time is:
8–11 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.
During peak shopping periods, promotional events or public holidays, deliveries may take longer than estimated.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly advertised on our website.
4. Delivery Delays
While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, Modern Beauty™ cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Modern Beauty™ shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Modern Beauty™ is not responsible for delays, additional delivery charges or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
6. Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
7. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with Aramex Store-to-Door to investigate the shipment.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with South African consumer law, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
8. Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:

Take clear photographs of the packaging and product.

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and photographs when contacting our support team.
We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Delivery Acceptance
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated delivery address.
Customers should inspect their order upon delivery and notify us promptly if there are any issues.
